Mike Project - HyperSkin 2.0 / HyperSkin 4D

After a lot of teamwork and several iterations, I’m excited to finally unveil the "Mike" 4D project, which includes HyperSkin 2.0 and HyperSkin 4D.

This project was a joint effort with Clear Angle Studios (who handled the scanning and photogrammetry) and DI4D (who worked on the 4D mesh stabilization pipeline). I got to dive into texturing, calibration, and setting up rendering for a variety of facial expressions FACS and lighting scenarios.

The final assets were utilized to highlight HyperSkin on Symbiote's website, and it was an awesome opportunity for me to enhance my skills, particularly in look development and photorealistic skin shading.

A huge shoutout to all the amazing teams from the three studios who contributed!

Real photo - CG render matching skin / Everything except for his skin has been composited over the original plate. In other words, only the skin should be considered as CG rendered.
